These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdtjal ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered at bdtjal.app, you unconditionally accept all terms set out in this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

bdtjal operates an online casino and sports betting platform accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh. All services — including sportsbook wagering, live casino games, slot games, promotional offers, and payment processing — are subject to the terms below. These terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules, bonus terms, or game rules published separately on the platform.

bdtjal reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.2

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false information — including falsifying your age — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account. bdtjal may request supporting documentation (national ID card, passport, bKash account confirmation) to verify your identity at any point.

1.3

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold a single bdtjal account. If bdtjal identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances voided, and the player permanently barred from the platform.

1.4

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. bdtjal will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login details. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1

Accepted Payment Methods

bdtjal processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to one business day to reflect, subject to your card issuer's processing times. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change.

2.3

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within 15 minutes to four hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. bdtjal reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

2.4

Anti-Money Laundering

bdtjal maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. If bdtjal suspects that funds deposited on the platform are connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, the account will be suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. Any funds associated with suspected criminal activity may be withheld indefinitely pending investigation.

3. Betting Rules & Sportsbook

3.1

Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only when bdtjal issues a bet confirmation reference number. It is your responsibility to verify that the bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. bdtjal will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by specific event rules.

3.2

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. bdtjal reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, for any player, at any time and without notice — including reducing limits for players identified as consistently generating significant returns.

3.3

Errors & Obvious Mistakes

In the event of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or technical fault that results in clearly incorrect odds being offered, bdtjal reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. This includes situations where odds are posted that deviate materially from the true market price at the time of bet placement.

3.4

Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport rules, affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets settled before the cancellation or abandonment will stand. Specific rules for cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup events) and football may differ and are published in the sportsbook rules section.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

⚠️ Important: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met. Read each promotion's specific terms before claiming.

4.1

General Bonus Terms

Promotional offers are available to eligible players as determined by bdtjal at its sole discretion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one player per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash equivalents.

4.2

Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. bdtjal tracks bonus wagering progress in real time within your account dashboard. Bets placed on certain low-margin or excluded markets may not count towards wagering requirements.

4.3

Bonus Abuse

Strategies designed to exploit bonus structures — including low-risk hedging across multiple selections, systematic arbitrage of promotional odds, or coordinated bonus claiming across linked accounts — constitute bonus abuse. Where bdtjal identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close the account.

5. Responsible Gaming & Account Closure

5.1

Player Protection Tools

bdtjal provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from the account settings area:

Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
Session time reminders and automatic session termination.
Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days).
Permanent self-exclusion from all bdtjal services.
Reality check notifications showing time and spend during active sessions.

5.2

Self-Exclusion

Players who elect to self-exclude will be prevented from accessing their bdtjal account for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, bdtjal will not send promotional communications to the excluded player. Self-exclusion requests submitted by email to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

5.3

Account Closure by Player

Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days, provided no outstanding wagering requirements, active bonuses, or withdrawal holds apply. Accounts closed while a pending withdrawal is under review may experience delays.

5.4

Account Closure by bdtjal

bdtjal reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms and Conditions; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time; or any conduct that bdtjal reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

6. Liability, Privacy & Governing Law

6.1

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtjal and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if bdtjal has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bdtjal's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6.2

Platform Availability

bdtjal aims to maintain 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond bdtjal's reasonable control (including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party provider failures) may result in temporary service unavailability. bdtjal will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of service interruptions.

6.3

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by bdtjal is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at bdtjal.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. bdtjal applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

6.4

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtjal platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game content, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of bdtjal or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from bdtjal.

6.5

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bdtjal to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
